Turkey Trot Winners 2024
Thank you to the MPC for bringing back the turkey trot. Such a fun time for our scholars and their families and lots of big winners, taking home turkeys and pumpkin pies for the holiday break!
4th grade scholars had the opportunity to visit Rancho Sierra Vista/Satwiwa. Ranger Caro taught them about how for many years the Santa Monica Mountains sustained the Chumash culture. They learned about some of the plants and animals that played a role in the Chumash way of life. They even learned to make abalone shell necklaces!

Such an absolutely fun day with our scholars today! Thanks again to Miss Pacheco and the Student Council for their hard work and thank you to all our parent volunteers who made our Storybook Pumpkin patch happen! Remember tomorrow is Dia de los Muertos - fiesta wear and/or calaveras!
